My background

I design for complexity, and I've been doing it for a while.

Product Designer with 8+ years of experience, the last four spent deep in fintech, designing merchant-facing payment products, compliance-driven flows, and white-label platforms for banks and payment service providers across Europe.

How I work

My work sits at the intersection of UX, systems thinking, and product strategy. I'm most useful in environments where the design problems are genuinely hard, where technical constraints are real, stakeholder landscapes are complex, and the cost of getting it wrong is visible.

I think in systems, not screens. What I find most interesting in any design challenge isn't the interface, it's the structure underneath it.

What I bring

Fintech depth, systems thinking, a brand foundation most UX designers don't have, and the strategic instinct to connect workstreams before fragmentation becomes expensive. I've spent four years as the sole designer in a fintech environment where every product decision was mine to identify, advocate for, and deliver — with no design manager, no research function, and no room to think only about the ticket in front of me.

Fintech depth

Five years designing payment products, compliance flows, and white-label platforms in regulated environments across Europe.

Systems thinking

I hold the full product surface in view simultaneously, making decisions that account for the whole, not just the ticket in front of me.

Brand foundation

Before fintech I designed for Banco BPM, Dolce & Gabbana, and LG Electronics. I bring visual coherence thinking that most UX-only designers don't have.

Strategic scope

I identify and advocate for design decisions that aren't in the brief, connecting workstreams and teams before fragmentation becomes expensive.

What I'm looking for

I'm drawn to scale-up environments where design is still being shaped, where there's real complexity to navigate and room to work across organizational boundaries, not just within them. I thrive in teams that value depth and deliberate decision-making over speed for its own sake.

I'm based in Hannover and currently work fully remotely. I'm open to relocation for the right role, and equally comfortable in hybrid or in-office environments. What matters more than location is the quality of the work and the people I'd be doing it with.

I'm active in the European design community through Friends of Figma.
